How to make your account 250 MB (Wasef 03226693)
1. Sign in to your hotmail account with your user name and password
2- Go to options button from top right
3- Go to personal from left menu
4- Go to profile
5-choose country to be unite states of America
6- choose any state from the drop down menu
7- Enter the proper zip code from the list below:
California 90001 , Indiana 46001 , Florida ,Ohio 43001,New Hampshire 03031
8- choose your language to be English
9- Press ok
10- Copy and paste the following in your browser :
http://by17fd.bay17.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/Accountclose
That's will deactivate your account temporary to complete the upgrade steps
11- Login again to your account and choose to reactivate it
12- select the option of free 250 MB
13- press continue on the next appeared pages
14- you will find your mail box became 25 MB first ,
and in few days it will become 250 MB
